Even though I grew up in Park City, every time I visit I love to explore and take the back roads. Utah is so incredibly beautiful and the more time I spend away from it, the more I appreciate and miss it (it’s always that way with home I think).

Ben and I had some fun with these pictures while I ran (mostly slipped and slid) out in the snow trying to catch some movement in this beautiful tulle gown before the sun went down. And once it did though, boy was I cold! But it was well worth it I think because we had fun exploring and playing with the camera.

As a lot of you know, neither Ben nor I had ever picked up a DSLR or even seen Photoshop before I started this blog. We are both completely self-taught but we’ve had a lot of fun learning and experimenting along the way. It’s been a fun journey – and mind you, there have been quite a few missteps along the way – but thats the best way to learn I think.
