If you haven’t been to Park City, you should really consider a visit.  I might be biased since I was born and raised there, but it’s my favorite place to be during the summer.  And while I love being in the mountains for winter, you can’t beat the hiking, biking, horse riding, lawn concerts and any other fun summer sport/activity you can think of.

Anyway, Ben took me on a little date night on historic (and iconic) Main Street.  I won’t bother sharing the spot because truthfully it wasn’t one of our faves, but afterwards we walked up main to grab some ice cream and stopped to admire the pretty sunset along the way.

If you do head to Park City, some of my favorite restaurants include Cafe Terigo, Chimayo, Wahso, Davansas and High West (to name a few).
