As the fall season progresses, the temps have been dipping just a little bit lower (pretty much slowly, but surely, here in Arizona).  So lately I have been all about light layers, like this tissue-thin turtleneck and this super cozy sweater vest (which is on sale by the way).  These two items, along with these leather leggings, are definitely tried-and-true staples that I have been (and definitely will be) using season after season.

Sometimes I wish I still lived in Utah though because I miss dressing for the snow.  I went to Madewell the other day and saw the cutest freaking (and practical) winter parka ever and couldn’t help but let my mind run wild with all the layering ideas (um hi, this checkered cape, this black turtleneck and these wedge boots).
