This winter is all about capes and ponchos.  Throw one over your favorite skinny jeans with tee or sweater and you’re ready to go.  It’s a great way to stay chic while traveling, on the go or when just trying to keep warm and cozy.

I paired this buffalo checkered cape-scarf over an all black ensemble to let the cape do the talking, but it would look so cute with blue denim and a tan or nude long-sleeve top.  I personally like wearing long sleeves under capes so you can see a little extra peek of your look.
