As you may have noticed on my Instagram, Ben and I were recently indulging on the sandy beaches of Kaua'i. We headed to the St. Regis Princeville Resort to celebrate our fourth wedding anniversary. I seriously couldn't have imaged a better way to relax, unwind and celebrate our love than at this insanely beautiful beach resort.

Neither Ben nor I had ever been to Kaua'i, but it quickly became our absolute favorite of the Hawaiian Islands. They call it the 'Garden Island' because it truly is the epitome of paradise. Not only are the beaches magnificently filled with soft white sand, but there is also so much to do - from hiking to beach cruising to relaxing on exclusive beaches to sea caves, paddle boarding and a multitude of beautiful waterfalls. There is pretty much something for everyone.

And as if our vacation couldn't have gone any better - the St. Regis Princeville truly went above and beyond to make our week as magical and romantic as possible.

From showering us with evening rose petals in our bedroom to a private champagne sabering to delivering bath salts and bubbles for a romantic bath (that had a floor-to-ceiling unobstructed view of the ocean by the way), it seriously was just the most relaxing and romantic getaway we needed... especially after all of our IVF trials and tribulations. Sometimes taking a time out and just focusing on relaxation and a little romance is the perfect way to revive yourself. We both left this vacation more relaxed and in love than ever - truly. And I am so grateful to the St. Regis Princeville for taking such wonderful care of us. When we arrived, I was in awe of this gorgeous property. Everything from the garden drive in to the beach overlooking the sunset, everything was just kind of magic. To set the romantic mood, I wore this gorgeous Zimmermann 'Eden' floral print midi dress. We first wandered out to the terrace to take in the breathtaking views before making our way down to the beach to catch the sunset.

After we watched the sun fade into the ocean, we headed to their yummy Makana Terrace Restaurant where we shared the most incredible hand-crafted sushi ever! We ate everything in sight and then they proceeded to send us "home" with their homemade macadamia nut madeleine cookies (that were to-die-for by the way haha).
