Tibi is having a MAJOR sale and I had to hop on this hot short sleeve neon dress.  I tried it on initially in Dallas (awesome city) when I was there two months ago for the RewardStyle Conference, RStheCon, and I haven’t been able to shake it.  Tibi happens to be one of my favorite fashion brands, who emerged on the scene not too long ago in the late 90’s by founder, Amy Smilovic, who had no design background.  Crazy right?
