Pantone called radiant orchid the color of the year for 2014… and while I love the confident color, I can’t help but feel that baby blue is having a bigger moment.  This pretty pastel has been seen everywhere from Mulberry and Celine all the way down to Lupita Nyongo’s stunning pastel Prada gown.  And who could take their eyes off her at the Oscars?  I mean, she looked like a beautiful modern day Cinderella… and that’s every girls dream right?  So I decided to take a page from her book and pair my pastel florals with a little pastel lace.  I went with neutral add-ons to keep the focus on the look.  I also went with a feminine flat because, well, at 5’11” I pretty much had no other choice.  I would also love to pair these pants with a white leather jacket and perhaps a black boxy crop top for a fun contrast.  What would you pair with these fun Lovers + Friends pants?
