The other day I was perusing around Neimans and came across this Haute Hippie Plaid Blouse and fell in love. I am a huge fan of plaid, especially in the Fall, but sometimes the fabric can be really thick. I love how this silk version is more lightweight, making it easy for layering without added bulk or stiffness. Did I mention it’s ON SALE?!

I paired it with a flared mesh skirt to keep the look cool and easy while we’re still slowing inching our way into Fall weather here in Arizona. The weather can be a little fickle in the desert – one day it’s late Summer and the next it’s Winter cold. Such is life.
