I hope everybody had an amazing weekend. I had the chance to watch The Lazarus Effect yesterday (probably the first scary movie I’ve watched in years) and I loved it. It is always fun to go into the movie theatre and get a little scared… it just gives me an excuse to hold onto my hubby a little tighter. I was squeezing his arm without even realizing just how hard I was holding on. But we picked up our usual fro-yo and smuggled it in haha (shh, don’t tell!), so that gave me a little distraction when things got too scary. But one of my most favorite things on earth that I deeply cherish are our weekend date nights. No matter what we do it’s just fun to be with my favorite human.
And what better to wear on date night than a fun dress?! I love this dress because not only does it have a vintage, distinctive and timeless feel, but it’s also super soft and romantic. You can easily dress it up with a pair of heels or go a bit more causal, like me, with some black booties and a hat. I have found myself doing everything in this dress – from running errands to baking cookies… my husband actually said, “you really like that dress, huh,” when I put it on again haha. I just told him I can’t be blamed because it’s the best of everything (cute and comfy).
