As soon as it turns Fall my mind immediately starts thinking about food… namely turkey and mashed potatoes and pumpkin flavored anything and everything. It’s like I am pavlov’s dog or something haha… but the one that eats everything in sight until it can no longer move, but then keeps eating anyway because it’s just all sooooo good!
Clearly I have Thanksgiving on the brain already (and it’s not even Halloween yet). I have been eating pumpkin bread like my life depends on it, and wearing this fun pilgrim-inspired look.
I love how this look is a little more alluring than traditional ye olde Mayflower wear, but it’s still a bit modest and sharp. To pull off the look, first things first, you need a classic white blouse. Also, look for somber colors (black is always a good choice) and keep your sleeves long. This look is a bit prim but more wearable than the true puritan look.
