Sometimes I like keeping it simple with a classic t-shirt and jeans.  I’ve recently discovered the most comfortable boyfriend tee, and how can you go wrong with a big comfy cardigan?  The key to making this outfit pop is how you accessorize. Hats and scarves are staples in my fall wardrobe, so I grabbed this burgundy set to really take it up a notch.  I love the subtle texture of this polka-dot scarf – and burgundy is definitely my go-to color this season.

Another option is to go bold with a fun print, like buffalo checks or plaid.  Just don’t go too overboard and keep your other accessories neutral.
