Happy Fourth of July!  The Fourth is one of my favorite holidays – everything is just kept so simple… it’s all about family, friends and fun all coming together to gather around the grill, and what can be better than that?!

Ben and I are heading to Utah to go to the Oakley rodeo tonight and then tomorrow we’ll be heading to the Park City parade, followed by some fun in the sun at the pool, a little BBQ and a horse ride.  Hooray!

But I wanted to share with you guys this great place I recently discovered here in Scottsdale that I think would be the perfect place to escape the heat and cool off with some yummy festive drinks!  It’s a super cute restaurant in Old Town called The Montauk – and not only is the decor on point, but their food and drinks are spectacular!  I especially love their ‘Endless Summer,’ ‘Rose Sangria’ and their ‘Mexican Firing Squad’ cocktails… and their Avacado and Pink Grapefruit salad is sooooo good I am already dreaming of when I can have it again.
